PhotogenXX support is designed around safe, privacy-aware help. Avoid pasting private stories, media URLs, raw tokens, or sensitive family details into support notes.

Getting started

Create an account, create a family archive, add yourself, add one family member, then begin preserving memories.

Invitations and roles

Owners manage contributors and viewers. Viewers stay free. Limited Viewers only see explicitly shared people, memories, or collections.

Uploads and storage

Photos, videos, audio, PDFs, text documents, and stories count against the archive storage quota, no matter which contributor uploads them.

Billing

Subscriptions belong to the archive. Paid plans expand storage and contributor capacity; they should not paywall family viewing.

Privacy and deletion

Account deletion, archive deletion, person removal, and export are separate protected workflows because shared family archives may involve multiple people.

In-app beta feedback creates a privacy-safe support case. Full email support and helpdesk workflows are planned for launch readiness.
